Vitthalesh Seva Samiti Sehore (“the Trust”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a registered charitable trust engaged in religious, spiritual, and social welfare activities. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all donations made through our official website panditpradeepmishra.co.in.
By making a donation on our website, the donor (“you”, “your”) agrees to the terms mentioned in this policy.
1. Nature and Purpose of Donations
All donations made to Vitthalesh Seva Samiti Sehore are purely voluntary contributions and are accepted in good faith for supporting:

Charitable and social welfare initiatives
Temple maintenance, development, and related services
Donations are not treated as commercial transactions and do not constitute the purchase of goods or services.
2. Non-Refundable Donation Policy
All donations made through panditpradeepmishra.co.in are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed.
As donated funds are allocated and utilized for religious and charitable purposes, refund or reversal requests will not be accepted after confirmation of payment, except as stated under technical error conditions.
Donors are requested to verify all details, including donation amount, before completing the transaction.
3. Payment Failure, Duplicate Transactions & Technical Errors
In rare cases where a donor experiences any of the following issues:
Payment failure
Amount debited but transaction not completed
Duplicate debit due to technical or system error
The concerned amount, if applicable, will be automatically refunded by the respective bank or payment gateway to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the donor’s bank.
Vitthalesh Seva Samiti Sehore does not manually initiate refunds, unless mandated by law or specifically instructed by the payment gateway or banking partner.
4. Cancellation Policy
Donors may cancel the donation before payment confirmation while the transaction is still in progress.
Once the payment is successfully processed and confirmed, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
5. Donation Receipts
At present, no donation receipt (physical or digital) is issued for contributions made through this website.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vitthalesh Seva Samiti Sehore shall not be held responsible for:
Delays caused by banks or payment gateways
Technical issues beyond our control
Incorrect details provided by the donor
All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and donors agree to comply with their respective terms and conditions.
